What we expect from you:


Integrated in the Chemical area, you will be coordinating and executing the development, planning, implementation and / or administration of the HR processes / plans in its area of management, as well as identifying and analyzing the possible HR needs of the organization for the implementation of the established processes. or the development of new solutions, in accordance with the policies and standards set and current legislation.


Among your main functions are:


  • Coordinate both the national and international mobility processes of employees in their area of Management: Advise, plan and coordinate with the managers of each function and / or asset the mobilities of personnel, both in the short and long term and provide adequate support to employees in everything necessary for proper mobility, resolving pertinent doubts about compensation, visas, etc.
  • Participate in the salary review process in the employees in its area of management, both of the personnel that are under the Collective Bargaining Agreement system, as well as the personnel of the Individual Remuneration system.
  • Responsible for reviewing the status of the DPTs and their content to cover the needs and changes of the Business, so that they are consistent with the reality of each job.
  • Coordinate the processes of classification and promotion, promotions committee, of the group of its scope of action, agreeing and analyzing with the managers the cases to be raised in said Committees.
  • Coordinate and plan the preparation of the annual budget for staff and personnel costs in its area of management in coordination with the Organization and C&B unit.
  • Supervise, program and control the proper development of collective and individual training plans, both transversal to the business as well as specific training of technical functions together with the Talent & Learning area.
  • Collaborate in the negotiation and elaboration of collective agreements.
  • Administer the current collective agreements and coordinate the resolution of problems, claims and consultations in labor matters.
  • Coordinate and advise the actions that are generated from the application of the Disciplinary Regime, determined by the complaints or parts presented by the Managers.
  • Direct, coordinate and control the judicial processes and requirements of the Labor Inspectorate and other administrations, which affect their scope of management


What we are looking for:


  • Related University Degree.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, collective agreements, labor and tax legislation of application.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of English language is a must.
