What we expect from you:

 

Integrated in the Chemical area, you will be responsible for managing and executing HR policies in its scope of action, ensuring compliance with the regulations, labor legislation and collective agreements and acting as a business partner in identifying HR needs. Besides, you will be in charge of executing local collective bargaining processes, develop day to day interaction with trade unions, and provide guidance to AUs to ensure compliance with labor law and employment contracts.

 

Among your main functions are:

 

  • Apply the guidelines in the negotiation and elaboration of collective agreements in its scope of action, interpreting and controlling its implantation.
  • Carry out studies and collect data for advice on labor matters and, where appropriate, represent the Company in legal proceedings, before Labor Administration, Social Security and / or Union Bodies
  • Apply the remuneration and classification systems for the different groups.
  • Make proposals on the annual plan for employment and promotions / mobility, according to the needs of the business and / or staff.
  • Participate in the application and monitoring of HR, RRLL and social policies in their field of action.
  • Coordinate the execution of the Training Actions integrated in the training plan and Development Plans within its scope of action.
  • Prepare and translate the necessary proposals for the preparation of the corresponding annual budget and establish its follow-up.
  • Coordinate Union relations to achieve a level of communication and dialogue between the Management and the unions and workers' representatives, which optimizes the work environment and favors the development of the Company.
  • Execute local collective bargaining processes, develop day to day interaction with trade unions, and provide guidance to AUs to ensure compliance with labor law and employment contracts.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Labor Relations giving any information required.
  • Provide health care in the workplace
  • Execute and manage employee care program.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Related University Degree. Master´s Degree specialized in Human Resources is highly valued
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management and Labor Relations. Industrial sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies collective agreements, labor and tax legislation of application.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of English language is a must.
