The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving that, in matters of compensation and benefits and International Mobility, systems are implemented and managed with an adequate level of efficiency, internal equity and competitiveness.




  • Application of compensation and benefits and international mobility policies covering business needs, identifying specific needs as well as best market practices that may require adaptation of established policies.
  • Analyze the remuneration situations of the markets and propose for their approval, the Compensation and Benefits (CyB) strategies and policies that best respond to the interests of the Company: compensation mix, market references, operation of the different elements of C&B, compliance with applicable laws, etc.
  • Carry out specific analyzes, using multiple sources, on the compensation levels of certain positions or functions.
  • Manage the salary review process for personnel with individualized compensation.
  • Manage the process of liquidation of the variable remuneration.
  • Maintain a relationship with the main salary consultants and with companies in the Petrochemical market, ensuring good knowledge of salary trends in the markets.
  • Propose the remuneration conditions for new staff and internal mobility.
  • Interact with the HR Management or assigned function (Front-Office), to provide advice and develop solutions to their needs in the area of national and international mobility within the framework of procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate the management of international and national mobilities through the Expatriates Management BPO, defining the allocation scheme as well as the compensation linked to it, considering compliance with internal procedures and local regulations of the countries of origin and destination in matters of immigration, security, health, tax, social security, labor and payroll management, etc. during the preparatory phase (pre-assignment), during assignment and upon return.




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very High level of Spanish and English.
  • Experience in collective application agreements, Labor & taxation legislation, Immigration and Social Security.
  • Knowledge of remuneration markets (countries and functions) in which the Company operates & Remuneration trends and best practices in C&B matters.
  • High knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
