What do we expect from you?

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in access to market intelligence to support Sales, Product and Marketing capabilities, optimization of commercial processes, and development of tools to reinforce commercial agility. As immediate goals we have the implementation of the CRM system in close coordination with the commercial managers as well as new digital tools and supporting systems (Tableau, Sales Web Forecast, Pricing).


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance for use of the CRM system and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes
  • Execute annual business planning cycles and perform regular reviews and analyses on commercial success metrics
  • Continuously monitor and guide the sales funnel management & lead generation in association with marketing and R&D.
  • Manage databases like supply demand balances, import/expo, market data, sulf(on)ation and ethoxylation, and other reports.
  • Manage commercial contracts, accruals and rebates.
  • Coordinate training program for commercial, marketing and product employees (Miller Heiman Programs, others).

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Economics.
  • Be fluent in English and with good Excel skills.
  • Professional experience in a commercial role is not required but preferably.
  • High interest in having a commercial career.
