What we expect from you:


Integrated in the Human Resources management of Commercial & Clean Energies, you will develop the planning of Human Resources strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. You will drive an agile, efficient and digitized way of working, inspiring a transparent, motivated and passionate team spirit.


Key responsibilities:


  • Implement the Human Resources strategic plan of the Commercial Management, activating the necessary levers to carry out its implementation.
  • Define, implement and supervise the objectives and projects for the cultural transformation in the people area of the Commercial Department, after assessing the initial situation, in accordance with the strategy and values of the Company.
  • Establish and propose new ways of working both in the area and in the interaction with other departments.
  • Involve and align all Commercial Management leaders in the transformation process.
  • Participate in the development of the Employer Value Proposition of the Commercial Management.
  • Execute the Employer Branding strategy of the Commercial Management.
  • Follow-up on development programs (upskilling and reskilling), retention and recruitment of talent.
  • Analyze and identify the training needs of people to develop knowledge and skills, making the relevant training available to employees, in order to develop their full potential, to achieve the objectives of the Company, aligned with its strategy.
  • Analyze and identify the talent of each of the areas of the Management, proposing the corresponding development plans, with special focus on internal mobility that allows us to provide our people with a global vision of our Business.
  • Ensure that the company hires people with competent and diverse professional profiles, always considering that talent has no gender.


What we are looking for:


  • Master's degree in HR.
  • High level of English.
  • Solid experience in human resources management teams, preferably in companies in the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven experience in people transformation projects: culture, talent, training, communication, organization, etc.
  • Experience in social media account management.
