Title:  Talent Acquisiton Specialist (Trading)

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to source top-notch candidates for Cepsa Trading.

To ensure success as a talent acquisition specialist, you should possess extensive experience as a recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role.


What do we expect from you?


  • Liaising with business managers to obtain job requirements for the vacant positions as well as holding briefing sessions with them to determine selection criteria and specific needs of the vacancy.


  • Drafting and posting of advertisements on different recruitment platforms such as employment website and social media.


  • Proactive sourcing of candidates through different channels (Alumni/Career Development portals of Universities/other trading business specific platforms)


  • Coordination with the corporate Talent Acquisition team for internal vacancies.


  • Shortlist screening to present best candidates to the business. Preparation of reports on candidates (salary expectations, motivations, summary of professional experience). Conducting preliminary interviews.


  • Permanent relationship with the business to coordinate the selection process (scheduling interviews depending on the availability of candidates and business, receiving feedback).


  • Communication with candidates to report on the progress or resolution of the selection process.


  • Implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives applicable in the recruitment process (diverse panels, disability profiles, KPIS).
  • Regular reporting on the status and progress of recruitment processes, as well as follow-up meeting with HR corporate team.


  • Lead initiatives to create a brand as a trading employer. Organize and attend specialized job fairs.
  • Maintain a Trading Network and foster good long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.



What are we looking for?



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Labour relations/Psychology/Human Resources management, or similar.
  • English: Native
  • Spanish: Intermediate level
  • Microsoft office skills (excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong network with professionals of the Trading Business.
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and applicant management systems
  • Demonstrable work experience (3 - 5 years) of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar in Trading business. Experience in the search of profiles in Energy Sector (commodities/Oil/crudes/gas/power/derivatives). Experience with different selection processes (competencies’ interviews, reference checks, job simulation activities, psychometric, and emotional intelligence tests). Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
