What do we expect from you?

The successful candidate will develop reservoir engineering activities and studies for one of our projects in Algeria.

Key responsibilities:

• Role modeling and support for QHSE culture.
• Working as Sr Reservoir Engineer to develop and implement Division objectives.
• Supporting Field and Project activities in RE tasks.
• Interfacing with related internal and external stakeholders.
• Fields’ opportunities identification, prioritization and maturation.
• Using of Digital/Data Management best practices for RE activities
• Identifying RE risks and potential mitigation actions for different Fields
• Working in adherence to the reservoir management processes

What are we looking for?

• Engineering degree and 12+ years in Reservoir Engineering
• Experience on estimation of Reserves & Resources is preferred as well as working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P lifecycle.
• High level of English.
• French communication skills are positively valued
• Proven track record for use of general Reservoir engineering tools and skills: Reservoir Simulation, Production Transient Analysis, Fluids analyses, Rock properties, well and reservoir management, Field Development plan, Reservoir Engineering Analytical Techniques..., etc.
• Clear understanding/use of risk and uncertainty concepts in Subsurface work
• Knowledge of field production operations and of automation and digitally enabled ways of working are preferred.
